Zirconia Crown (Monolithic, Same-Day): $410. Single visit, CEREC-milled on site. Alternative materials (ask at evaluation): EMAX translucent ceramic (2 visits, 4-6 day lab), PFM porcelain-fused-metal (2 visits, 4-6 day lab), PMMA same-day provisional. Price assumes no additional treatment needed (root canal, post, crown lengthening). Final price confirmed at your in-clinic evaluation.

What's Included (and What's Not)
Included in the $410 price: Local anesthesia, full tooth preparation, digital intraoral scan, zirconia block material, in-house CEREC milling and glazing, shade matching, final cementing and bite adjustment, 1-year warranty (requires 6-month cleanings). Not included: Initial evaluation, root canal if needed (anterior $230 / premolar $240 / molar $280), fiber post if structurally needed, crown lengthening surgery, alternative material (EMAX or PFM) if requested.
Are You a Candidate?
✓ Good candidate: Teeth with large existing fillings or decay too big for a standard filling. Cracked teeth that need full coverage. Molars taking heavy chewing load. Adults with healthy gums and good hygiene.

4-5 Hours, One Visit
Step 1
Tooth Preparation (~45-60 min): Local anesthesia administered. Decay or old filling removed, tooth shaped for crown.
Step 2
Digital Scan (~5-10 min): CEREC intraoral scanner captures tooth geometry. No gag-reflex impression trays needed.
Step 3
Milling + Characterization (~2-3 hrs): Zirconia block milled on site by CEREC machine. Shade matched and glazed.
Step 4
Final Placement (~30 min): Crown bonded onto tooth. Bite checked and adjusted.
Total chair time: 4-5 hours. You walk out with your permanent crown, not a temporary. Compare to US clinics: 2-3 appointments over 2-3 weeks plus a temporary crown in between.
